If you are having problems receiving or sending your email. First please check to make sure you are connected to the internet. Next check and make sure your incoming mail server information is correct.
Outlook Express Instructions:
Open Outlook Express
Click Tools
Click Accounts.
Click the tab that says Mail
Find your acccount and then Click Properties
Click on the Servers tab
Your information inside Incomming mail (POP3): should be pop3.caltel.com
Your information inside Outgoing mail (SMTP): should be smtp.caltel.com
