Are your emails being transfered to your trash? Are you not receiving emails from a certain email address? You may have blocked an email address from getting through.

1. Outlook Express Instructions:
2. Open Outlook Express.
3. Click Tools.
4. Click Message Rules.
5. Click Blocked Senders List.
6. Remove all email addresses listed.
