Are your emails being transfered to your trash? Are you not receiving emails from a certain email address? You may have blocked an email address from getting through.
Outlook Express Instructions:
Open Outlook Express.
Click Tools.
Click Message Rules.
Click Blocked Senders List.
Remove all email addresses listed.
