Answer: Dial-up Connection Keeps Disconnecting

If this issue happens after checking your email, please use the following. Outlook Express Instructions:

  1. Open Outlook Express.
  2. Click on Tools. (At the top of the window.)
  3. Choose Options.
  4. Then choose the Connection tab.
  5. Uncheck the box that says “Hang up after sending and receiving”.

If it's already unchecked, leave it unchecked as this was not the problem. Please continue to check this knowledge base for more information.
