Allowing Quarantined Messages

Instead of selecting specific messages and manually delivering them, MagicMail has the ability to whitelist an email address so it no longer ends up in the quarantine.

To do this, start by going to your spam quarantine: MagicMail Quarantine

Next, find an email that you want to receive in the list, and click on the Subject of the email:

On the next screen, verify the email address is correct:

Then click “Action” (1), “Whitelist and Deliver” (2), and then the “Execute” (3) button.

All messages that match this sender will then be automatically moved from the quarantine to your inbox. Because the sender was added to your whitelist, they will no longer end up in the quarantine.
