Are your emails being transfered to your trash? Are you not receiving emails from a certain email address? You may have blocked an email address from getting through.

Outlook Express Instructions:

1. Open Outlook Express.
2. Click Tools.
3. Click Message Rules.
4. Click Blocked Senders List.
5. Remove all email addresses listed.
