Image Restoration

Answer

In the unfortunate event your operating system becomes unstable or no longer boots, an Image Restoration is sometimes the best solution in getting everything back and working. CalTel will not be responsible for any data loss.

This will require recovery from one of the following:

  1. A backup image that was made
  2. System restore disks or System recovery partition already on the hard drive.
NOTE:  If your windows recovery should fail fees will still be applied.  This does not apply to computers that have seperate Microsoft Windows and driver disks, such as Dell, Gateway and custom computers.
