-====Customer’s Responsibility:==== 
-Data Protection: You agree and understand that it is you’re responsibility to backup all important data on your computer before bringing it in for service.  
-Passwords: All Passwords must be provided for computer access when computer is dropped off for service. 
-An estimate as required (section 9844 of the California Business and Professionals Code) for repairs shall be given to the customer by CalTel Connections in writing, and CalTel Connections may not charge for work done or parts supplied in excess of the estimate without prior consent of the customers. Where provided in writing, CalTel Connections may Charge a reasonable fee for services provided in determining the nature of the malfunction in preparation of a written estimate for repair. -====Limitation of Remedy:====  
-Under no circumstances shall CalTel Connections be liable to you or any other person for any damages, including without limitation, any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, expenses, costs, profits, lost or corrupted data, or other liability arising out of, or related to, the service provided by CalTel Connections or out of the installation, uninstalling, use of, or inability to use your computer equipment, hardware, peripherals, or the network resulting from the services provided here under. 
-Transfer or Installation Services: 
-Unless otherwise agreed, CalTel Connections is not liable for and you agree to hold CalTel Connections harmless from any and all damages, costs, and expenses incurred as the result of any defect or damage to any software or data residing or recorded in your computer, whether incurred during the course of CalTel Connections's services or otherwise. If service involves transferring information or installing software, you represent that you have the legal right to copy the information, to use the software and agree to the terms of the software license, and you authorize CalTel Connections to transfer the information and accept such terms on your behalf in performing the service. 
-If it is necessary to reinstall your operating system, you will be responsible for providing the original disks and a Certificate of Authenticity prior to the reinstall.  
-CalTel Connections cannot and will not install invalid, illegal or unlicensed operating systems or software. 
-Once service is complete, your payment for the actual costs incurred and the final sum owed, is due upon completion. Should it be determined in the course of the performance of diagnostics that the problems on your computer are hardware based, CalTel Connections will notify you of same and you may take or send the hardware to a repair center of your choice or can authorize CalTel Connections to make the needed repairs. Diagnostic fees may be applicable due to the testing needed to determine hardware failure. 
-In servicing your computer, CalTel Connections warrants that service will be performed in a professional and timely manner. All services are warranted for a period of 30 days at the discretion of CalTel Connections. There is NO warranty for removal of viruses, spyware, adware or mailware; if they are the cause of a repeat effort, you will be charged again for that service. 
-This warranty and remedy are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied, with respect to any and all services performed for you by CalTel Connections . CalTel Connections specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties with respect to such items, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, whether express or implied. If CalTel Connections cannot lawfully disclaim implied warranties under this limited warranty, all such warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the duration of the express limited warranty only. 
-====Limitation of Liability:==== 
-If any damage should occur while your computer or systems are being serviced, CalTel Connections has no liability for the cost of repair of the affected computer. CalTel Connections entire liability to you for damages arising from any cause whatsoever with respect to the service of your computer, whether due to CalTel Connections error or negligence or to any other reason, is limited to the amounts that you pay CalTel Connections for such service. CalTel Connections has no liability whatsoever for indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including without limitation loss of use, lost profits or revenue, or any other damages whatsoever not otherwise expressly permitted under this agreement. CalTel Connections expressly has no liability for loss of or damage to data or software applications while performing service. Your only remedy under the repair terms and conditions is to seek recovery of damages against CalTel Connections in an amount not to exceed what you paid CalTel Connections for the service. 
-====Release of Liability:====  
-By signing the form, you affirmatively release and hold harmless CalTel Connections from and against any loss, liability, or damage that ROR the owner lessee may suffer, including but not limited to any loss of any data and the non-functioning of any component or element of your computer equipment or peripherals resulting from CalTel Connections. Regardless of the warranties, disclaimers, and waivers particular service and shall constitute liquidated damages and are a reasonable estimate of damages to you. 
-====Terms of Service for In Home or Office:==== 
-If any of the following conditions are not met, a $60 cancellation fee will be accessed. 
-Responsibility of the user:  It is the customer’s responsibility to back up all data, software or any information stored on the computer prior to contacting CalTel Connections for service or repair.\\ 
-Adult must be present at Home or Office:   Onsite service requires that a person of at least the age of 18 years old be present during the entire time of the service provided.\\ 
-Access to the Computer:   CalTel Connections must receive full access to all equipment concerning the service to be provided, passwords, and a safe working environment.  There must be electricity present in order to perform service.
