Are your emails being transfered to your trash? Are you not receiving emails from a certain email address? You may have blocked an email address from getting through.

  -Outlook Express Instructions:
  -Open Outlook Express.
  -Click Tools.
  -Click Message Rules.
  -Click Blocked Senders List.
  -Remove all email addresses listed.
