To recreate the dial-up connection, first you need to remove all non-functioning dial-up connections from your computer.  Follow these directions:\\

  - Click on 'Start' and navigate to the 'Control Panel'.
  - In the 'Control Panel', go to 'Internet Options'.
  - In the 'Internet Properties' Window, click the tab at the top of the window labelled 'Connections'.
  - In the 'Dial-up and Virtual Private Network settings' box, remove all non-working accounts.  To remove an account, select it with your mouse and then click on 'Remove...'.  Whe you are asked, "Are you sure you want to delete this Dial-Up Networking connection?" click 'OK'.
