  - Click on 'Start' then go to the 'Control Panel'.
  - In the 'Control Panel' go into Internet Options.
  - Click the tab at the top of "Internet Properties" labeled 'Connections'.
  - Double-click your dial-up connection listed in the "Dial-up and Virtual Private Network settings" box.
  - Click the button labelled 'Advanced'.
  - Uncheck 'Disconnect if idle for 20 minutes'.
  - Click 'OK'.
  - Click 'OK' again.
  - Click 'OK' on the "Internet Properties" window to close it.
